The basic eligibility criteria required by the NEHU Shillong for admissions to BTech courses is candidates must complete their Class 12 from the Science stream, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Technical Vocational subjects. To get admission into the course, the university accepts the score of the National Level Entrance Exam- JEE Mains.

For admission in a BTech programme at Wainganga College of Engineering and Management, it is crucial that the aspirant fulfills the course-specific eligibility criteria. Thus, only the asiprants who have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate are eligible for admission. In addition, student should have passed the qualifying examination from a recognised board.
