Mizoram University offers two-year B.Ed programme divided into four semesters. The university offers B.Ed at campus through the School of Education. Below is detailed eligibility for Mizoram University:

• Candidates need to pass a bachelor's degree and/ or a master's degree in Science, Social Science, Humanities with at least 50% aggregate to apply for B.Ed programme.
• Aspirants with bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with at least 55% aggregate or equivalent can also apply.

With the release of Round 1 seat allotment results for admission to Mizoram University for All India quotas. Considering the Mizoram University JEE Main cutoff 2025, the closing rank stood at 60031 for B.Tech. in Computer Engineering under General AI quota, which is also the lowest rank to get admission at the institute. It is mandatory for the candidates to acquire an eligible rank in JEE Main to secure a seat. 

The admission to Mizoram University MBA (Regular) and MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management courses is entrance based. Aspirants with a valid score of CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT can apply. Candidates who get selected are called for the GD/PI rounds conducted at the university. Besides, the aspirants must fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 examination or its equivalent from any recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for Mizoram University BTech programme. Mizoram University admission to MBA (Regular) is entrance-based. Yes, in the third semester of the B.Ed programme, students need to do an internship. The whole of third semester comprising of 16 weeks will be devoted to internship related activities. The said internship will consist of three Phases: Pre-internship, Internship and Post-internship. During internship student teachers interact with the teachers, students, administrators and community including parents and try to understand the problems of schools and students which helps in their development as a teacher.
