KIET Ghaziabad has offered 60 seats for the BTech in Mechanical Engineering admissions in 2026. These seats are alloted to the candidates who secured a JEE Mains rank of below 4,50,000. Candidates need to secure a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognised board in the PCM stream to qualify for KIET Ghaziabad BTech in Mechanical Engineering.

The lowest seat intake offered for a BTech course at KIET Ghaziabad is 60 seats. This seat intake is offered by a majority of the BTech branches including BTech in EEE, ME, Advanced Mechatronics & Industrial Automation, ECE, and several sub branches of the BTech in CSE branch.

The minimum aggregate required in Class 12 board exams to qualify for BTech admissions at KIET Ghaziabad ranges between 60% - 90% in the PCM stream.

The exact minimum aggregate for admissions will be different for every BTech specialisation offered by KIET Ghaziabad.

According to the proposed BTech admission cutoffs at KIET Ghaziabad, the lowest competition for admissions is for the BTech in CSE (Data Science) and BTech in CSE (Cyber Security) courses.

Both BTech courses have a JEE Mains cutoff of below 17500 requirement for candidates at KIET Ghaziabad.

KIET Ghaziabad BTech admission cutoff for the BTech in CSE course ranges between under 150000 - 175000 in 2026. 

The difference in KIET Ghaziabad cutoff for BTech in CSE course comes due to each sub specialisation having a different admission cutoff.

Adamas University BTech eligibility is generally the same for all the specialisations. Students have to meet the basic eligibility to get a seat at the university. The general eligibility is as below:

  • Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 55% (45% for reserved category) with Physics + Mathematics + Chemistry/ BioTech/ Biology/Technical Vocational

MIT WPU Pune offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at MIT Pune, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed with Physics, Mathematics & English as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 50-60% aggregate in the PCM group (55% aggregate for reserved category candidates).
