IIIT Pune offers a four-year BTech course divided into eight semesters. The institute offers BTech in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The institute also offer BTech (Hons) inCSE/ ECE with major in one discipline from Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Internet of Things, Robotics and VLSI Design. The Government Engineering College, Yavatmal MHT CET cutoff 2025 was released for all rounds and HS categories in the form of percentiles.
For the General HS quota, the overall cutoff ranged from 59.96 to 85.64 for several BTech course specialisations. As per the last round, the most competitive branch was BTech CSE, with the cutoff being 83.21.
