choose Core B.Tech CSE because it builds a strong foundation in all computer science concepts and gives you the complete freedom to switch between AI, web development, or data science later. Specializations can sometimes restrict your career options or placement eligibility if a company comes only for traditional software engineering roles.

Dear reader,

While a 92 percentile in JEE provides a good foundation for your engineering admission planning, Lovely Professional University (LPU) serves as an excellent alternative. LPU offers premier B.Tech. programs featuring state-of-the-art research laboratories, an industry-aligned curriculum, extensive global exposure, and an outstanding corporate placement track record for meritorious students.

Admission to B.Tech CSE, AI, or ML at Galgotias University depends on the current eligibility criteria, entrance requirements, and seat availability. A PCM score of 55% may be eligible for some programs if it meets the university's requirements. Please verify the latest eligibility with the admissions office before applying.

Core B.Tech CSE is usually the best choice for most students as it provides strong fundamentals and greater career flexibility. Specializations like AI/ML and Data Science are excellent for students with a clear interest in those fields. Universities like Galgotias University offer both options with industry-focused learning, allowing students to build core technical skills while exploring emerging technologies.

Yes, more students are exploring this option than you might realise. Several BTech colleges in Uttar Pradesh provide direct admission on the basis of Class 12th scores. Some well-known ones are Amity University Noida, Galgotias University, UPES, and KCC Institute of Technology and Management. Several other private colleges in Noida, Lucknow, and Greater Noida also offer management quota seats based on academic performance and personal interviews, giving students without strong JEE scores a genuine alternative pathway.

No, BTech students will need to select one scholarship scheme's benefit if they qualify for two or more Amity University Bengaluru scholarships. Candidates are free to choose whichever scholarship scheme's benefit they wish to avail. During admissions, candidates can apply for multiple scholarships to maximize their chance of securing financial aid.
