Refer the following link for both of these college comparison https://www.shiksha.com/compare-iihm-kolkata-vs-ishm-kolkata-id-114322-306747. In the ISHM almost 94% of the students got placed compared to IIHM. So, you can opt for ISHM when being compared with IIHM.
