The following national level entrance exams are accepted by Hyderabad School of Business for admission to its MBA program:
- Common Admission Test, or CAT
- The Xavier Aptitude Test, or XAT
- Common Management Admission Test, or CMAT
- AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) - AIMS Test for Management Aptitude Test
- Graduate Management Admission Test, or GMAT
- Hyderabad School of Business additionally administers the HYSEAT (Hyderabad School Entrance Admission Test), a separate entrance exam.
Although scores on the CAT, XAT, and GMAT are highly preferred, the institute grants admission on the basis of merit in all these entrance exams.

The approximate costs of the various programs Hyderabad School of Business offers is as-
- Two-year full-time MBA program:
Fees for tuition: Rs. 6,50,000
Extra Costs: Rs 50,000 (books, mess, accommodations, etc.).
2.Two years of full-time PGDM:
Tuition: Rs. 5,000,000
Extra Charges: Rs. 50,000
3.Two-year Executive MBA programme -
- Total Fees - Rs. 3,60,000
Depending on the length, fees range from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 1,20,000.
In addition to the standard course fees, there is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs 1,000.There are also a few scholarships that cover fees ranging from 10% to 25%.

The minimal marks needed in various entrance exams to be considered for Hyderabad School of Business' MBA 2023 batch admission are-
- CAT Examination- Min 70 percentile.
- XAT exam -minimum 77 percentile.
- 650 marks in the MAT exam.
- Minimum CMAT Exam score of 160.
- ATMA Exam minimum of 210 marks.
- Minimum score on the Hyderabad School of Business Entrance Test (HYSEAT) is 65 percentile (minimum)
Candidates who make the short list must also successfully complete the institute's rounds of group discussions and personal interviews.

The main requirements for admission to Hyderabad School of Business's MBA programme are as follows-
- A bachelor's degree in any field, or its equivalent (10+2+3 or 4 pattern), from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points must be held by you.
- A valid score from entrance exams such as HYSEAT (the entrance exam for the Hyderabad Business School) or CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT is required. Work experience could be given some weightage.
- The full-time MBA programme has an upper age limit of 28 years. Age reductions in accordance with university policies apply to reserved categories.

The comparison between any two institutions is relative. In the sense that the different students may prioritize different aspects of the college, i.e some students may prefer more placements whereas some prefer honing their skills, the overall decision of the candidate can vary from what they consider for selection. The CMS college is ranked 5th as the top private b school whereas the IFIM ranked as 1st. The placements and infra seems pretty similar between these two institutes. However, IFIM still holds an edge over CMS.

Although the total student intake of the CMS Bussiness school is not clear from that side but the aspiring students can expect a tentative seats of 150-200 students for an academic year

The eligibility criteria for MBA at CMS B-School are:
• Atleast 50% in the completed Bachelor degree of the candidate (any Bachelor degree eg. B.Tech)
• Appearing for jain entrance test (JET) is a standard procedure.
• The JET consists of a written exam, Group discussion and other communication related rounds
• Without JET the candidates who have good score in CAT, CMAT and some other reputated examinations also
• The admission procedure and eligibility criteria is clearly described in the website of the college clearly

These websites provide information about the CMS Business School Bangalore Entrance Exam 2024 including MAT, NMAT, CAT, and GMAT cut-off. They list CMAT Cutoff 2023 for the General Category and NMAT Cutoff 2023. These sites have information about CMS Bangalore 2023 MBA minimum intake.

Yes, you can join CMS Business School directly through the management quota. The school offers direct admission through management quota. You can indeed enroll directly in the CMS Business School MBA program. Interested candidates can apply directly to the school and the main MBA program. Applicants must have at least 50% of their undergraduate degree to be eligible. The selection process consists of a written test, a group interview, and a personal interview as part of the application process. Alternatively, candidates who clear CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, NMAT, or GMAT do not have to take the written test and can directly proceed to persona

Yes, CMS Business School accepts MAT scores along with other entrance tests like CAT, XAT, GMAT and CMAT for MBA admissions. However, MAT is not mandatory for admission to Jain CMS Business School (a deemed university) but it is one of the entrance exams whose scores are accepted.
