 To get admission in BVSc in Karnataka you have to pass 12th grade in physics, chemistry, biology, and English and have minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology and minimum 40% marks for reserved categories. You also must have appeared for NEET examination and your minimum age should be 17 years as of 31st December of the admission. For Maharastra students, you have to apply as a non karnataka student and you are not eligible for Karnataka State Reservation categories and you can only apply for general merit seats. Maybe management quota is available in few private colleges. The documents required are NEET scorecard

No, there is not any bond fee for veterinary courses in BHU. But there is an penalty for leaving this course after getting a seat.
