It depends on the student. It can take a day to learn the basics, but it takes practice to become proficient. For most people, it takes about two months and if you are very passionate about doing Calligraphy then you can also excel within a week or two.

The popular applications of the calligraphy skills is seen in making creative invitations which are hand-made in order to enhance its quality and appearance. Some other applications include:

• Creating titles for books, magazines, film posters
• Designing greeting cards for birthdays, part
