Yes, you can try under SPP but check with the colleges first if they can admit you on the basis of DSA. Your B.Com grades are lower than the minimum required academic percentage that is 55%. You will also find very good options in Australia.

It's very nice to see your dreams. You must dream & dream big. However, PG in engineering is possible only after you have a degree. A Diploma is not equivalent to a degree. So just complete your degree and don't forget your dreams.

If it was so easy to know which university will give admissions then the college application process would have been so easy and better. What I mean to say is that nobody can predict this, you have to check the admission requirements, match those requirements with your profile, shortlist some universities and apply. It is upto the university by comparing your profile with other applicants and by checking if you fit into their requirements after which they will decide.
