Reasons may be plenty and you cannot narrow down on a single factor.
Intent of immigration
Incomplete documentation
Insufficient funds
Poor communication skills
No clarity over career plans
are some of the major reasons.

Hi Joyal,
86% is a good score for top Canadian Universities. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency. A score of 6 with no part less than 5.5 is typically required, but you can check the university websites for further requirements. They will also check your statement of purpose and letter of recommendation.
All the best.

I think, you are looking for under graduation abroad. The two above mentioned countries are very magnificent for Indian students as there is large majority of Indians already present there. If you want to choose between Australia and Canada, I would suggest you to go for Canada as there are lots of scholarships for international students and the quality of education is better than Australia.
Best of luck.

Just work there and learn various things related to HR. Gain some experience and then apply for core HR jobs in MNCs. If you work for atleast 1 year in a consultancy, after that you will get better options. After gaining some experience then you can give IELTS exam to get job in Canada or US. First you should have experience of 2 to 3 years and try to get a job in MNCs.

UK also has good opportunities as it is one of the leading countries in the world. Equally, Canada is too good. It depends on your choice.

Yes, but you should not expect top tier universities. You can go for GRE test and perform your best. This may increase chances of getting decent ones.
