I am not very sure of this. but I don't think an advocate degree here will work in other country as the entire laws are difficult. You can ask your fellow or seniors for better advice.

You haven't mentioned the subjects you studied. If you had computers or IT as one of the subjects during your B.Sc you can opt for a IT related course. However if you did not have prior education in these subjects you must take a pre-requisite course offered by the colleges or universities in Canada itself. You must also show your interest and passion in IT or computers through a very convincing personal statement.

Hi Kuljinder, this is entirely your choice. If you are academic record is strong you can consider doing your undergraduate studies from Canada and from a good university. The advantage you will have is exposure to newer subjects and flexibility. Alternatively pursue your Bachelor's degree in India, do well academically and pursue your PG in Canada, by then you will be more mature and you will probably know what you want. Decide as per your interest, requirements of the colleges and programs, budget etc. Hope it helped.

Get a job, you cannot apply for a PR if you don't have a job. Apply for the Post-Graduation Work Permit Program (PGWPP) after you graduate. A two year program is benefcial for international students as the work permit lasts only till the duration of the program. Also, Seneca is a SPP college, you could be elgible for a three years permit ( only after you complete a course lasting for 2 years). Mail them for career assistance, work permits and lateral entry options. Please check work permit rules here

A university will never guarantee a job Abhishek. These universities you mentioned are pretty well known for its undergraduate business studies and you will have enough exposure. You must ensure your own academic performance, communication skills and a good performance during your internship. Keep your head strong and you will do well.
Best Wishes
