Which diploma have you done? You need to be 18 years to study in Canada. If you have scored 70-80% in your diploma, you may write to the colleges in canada to check if eligibility is fulfilled or not.

Hello, a tricky question to answer as jobs depends on an individual's own competency regardless of the country. While US and Canada are developed nations with plenty of opportunities no one can guarantee you a job. However since you are interested to know Germany is a hub of this area.
