Before suggesting you a course may, I ask what is your own career plan? Do you have any? Ideally that's how it should be, job opportunities in which field? Do you want a career shift at this stage or interested for RnD? Figure out your own plan first, you should keep your own interests in priority.

Career options right after B.Com is generally entry-level accountant or as a finance executive. Obtaining a CA/CPA/CMA certification is recommended. Getting a job abroad with just a B.Com will be very difficult. You should consider doing a MS or PGDM in commerce, accounts or finance and get a head start.
