As you have completed your MBA-HR, you can very well start as a HR executive and gradually move as a HR manager in any reputed organisation.
All the best.

With this much of experience, you can try for GMAT exam which will help you in pursuing MBA from abroad. And in my opinion, after working in maintenance field, you should opt for operation management branch in MBA. MBA in Operation Management helps you in dealing with Production Management or Shop Floor Management related functions. You learn how to maintain process flows, develop vendor and inter-departmental relationships. Most candidates with engineering backgrounds go for MBA Operations, as it gives them an edge over their peers in product development and designing, and process optimization.

Hi Aditya,
Most people take executive MBA to supplement their current jobs.
If you wish to seek a new job then you'll have to apply on your own, post/during your executive MBA.
