With this much of experience, you can try for GMAT exam which will help you in pursuing MBA from abroad. And in my opinion,after working in maintenance field, you should opt for operation management branch in MBA. MBA in Operation Management helps you in dealing with Production Management or Shop Floor Management related functions. Most people take executive MBA to supplement their current jobs.

1. You can go for engineering side after this you can go for research work if you have interest in this field.
2. You can go for a medical option too. After which you can become renowned doctor if you are excellent doctor. Either in dentist that is BDS or you can go in a specific specialisation field like surgeon, orthopedic, neurology etc.
3. You can opt for commerce side. After which you can complete your Charted Accountant. And become the personal company advisory or any other thing you can choose whatever you want. Similarly there are many as such option to pursue it g
