I would suggest you go for certification courses offered by coursera, eDx, Udemy and many more. These are international certifications and gives you an edge over others.

Yes, B.Tech graduates can pursue a career in Aircraft Maintenance. Please check for your eligibility to pursue this course from the criteria mentioned below:
This is a technical course. Students who have passed 10+2 Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects) with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible to pursue this course.
