Well, if you are really interested in it, then you must have to quit your job as per the UGC guidelines for PhD. Second, you can also apply for JRF for your research. JRF means Junior Research Fellowship in that UGC will pay you for your research.

One thing is that you can't get a permanent lectureship with only B.Tech in your hand. As per the new AICTE regulations, there are no lecture posts in engineering colleges anymore. The name of the first lectureship post is Assistant Professor. So you do need a PG (in your case M.Tech.) to enter into the lectureship. You do get lectureship as a guest in some self-financing engineering colleges or in poly techniques.
If you take your PhD, then you can start your career as an Associate Professor (Professor if there is vacancy).

After 10th, you can pursue courses like: ITI photography course, certificate photography course and
Diploma photography course.
Initially, there is lot of theory that you have to understand like about exposure triangle and about some basic rules of framing etc. Keep working on your photography skills.

It depends upon what you are interested in. Every field has it's own importance and your salary depends on how you perform.
You can also go for professional courses like:
Hotel Management
Fashion Designing
Interior Designing
You can also go for many other courses. Being a science student you are eligible for many fields.
BA (Hons) in economics from a renowned college can also be a good option. After that, you can go for Master's degree or MBA.
After completing your Master's degree, you can also go for Ph.D for that particular course.
You can also apply for government exams.
You can opt for teaching as a profession.

You will get many options abroad, Canada, Germany, Singapore, Ireland, Netherlands, etc. You can look for network engineering courses if you are interested in this field. You may look for PG Diploma in the same. If interested in research you can think about obtaining a Master's degree in future.
