B.Tech in CSE is a very good branch and has a very good scope. The placement in this branch is also huge and almost every industry needs computer engineers. Since many countries like the USA has put restrictions on working visas and many engineers settled in other countries are coming back but there is a huge IT hub is being created in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, etc. So there are good opportunities available in this course.

Yes, you can pursue BCA & MCA but once you get into this field you'll be an IT student only. This would be a good combination for your future.
And everything lies in the interest. if you have a keen interest in BCA & MCA then you can surely do better.
