There are various career options available for commerce students. You can pursue further studies like M.Com, MBA etc. Most of the commerce students go for CA or CS. So, if you think that you can work that hard and if you have patience then you can choose that. If you have interest in Lectureship or Research then you can appear in UGC NET Exam.
Many commerce candidates who are willing to pursue your career further as a Junior Research Fellow or an Assistant Professor, they prepare for the exam.

You can do either of the two, ultimately your aptitude will matter. A BBA is definitely better if you want to get into management. Aim for an MBA few years down the line. To go abroad you need to decide the country, every country and university has different admission requirements. You must do well in your academics and have the x- factor in your profile. Showcase managerial skills from now onwards. Also, you must prepare for IELTS or TOEFL, etc.
