After diploma in computer science, it is better to study B.Tech or B.E. because diploma is not engineering. To increase job opportunity and scope, you should complete your graduation in engineering.
After diploma in computer science, you will also get a job. You also may join in software company like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS and many more. But your salary will be less as you have only diploma degree. Your opportunity will be also less.
So, try to first complete your graduation and then try for a better job. Or, go for further higher study. You may take lateral entry directly in second year of B.Tech if you wish after your diploma.
