Germany is known as the Mecca for researchers. The German government, the industry and the European Union (EU) are the fund providers for German research projects and they have no bound to funding. In addition, the place is really cheap. An MS degree alone will not help, a Ph.D after completing your MS will be required for a strong research career.

In my opinion every course has good career it depends upon your dedication and interest where how can achieve. I would suggest you to analyze ur interest and then choose a good course.
