Banking is one of the most sought after career choice among the students. It is an entry into a well paid, secure and status career.
Public sector banks recruit candidates at 2 levels- the officer level and the clerical level. After XII (Commerce or any subject) Graduation followed by banking examination for Probationary officers can be taken.
Foreign and Private banks recruit bright candidates from the parent organization on the basis of merit or campus selections are made at reputed management institutes. MBA/ Masters in Finance Control/ CA/ Certified Analysts course/ Business Economics/ Public Relations /Law are preferred qualifications for Multinational and Private Banks.

To start your career in travel and tourism industry, you have to do some certificate or degree course like BBA in hospitality, travel and tourism. TO be eligible for that you need to have these qulaifications: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks. You could also opt for a diploma,
For Diploma –Class 10th pass from a recognized board with minimum 40% marks. I would suggest you to go for Bachelors ddegree rather than diploma like BBA in hospitality travel and tourism. There are many good college like UTM, YMCA, NITHM ,Surajmal these are good colleges for pursuing this course. UTM has fared better last year in terms of placements.

People are now more conscious about their careers nowadays unlike previous generation . Being an engineer will lead you to no where unless you go and study MS or MBA . Without higher studies ,in both salary wise and respect wise your career doesn't amount much if you are an engineer .
MBBS as a career option is pursued by minority population , so there itself your respect in society stands aloof . While coming to social life , MBBS is not like a prison , There too there is a life of love , friendship , anxiety , depression , friends etc. Wherever there are humans , there exists a social life . Besides People earn respect as a doctor . There is nothing wrong in doing MBBS.

The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. Apart from doing the degree level courses in science you can choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses.
For pursuing a course in engineering you should have Maths as compulsory subject in 10+2. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire. You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), Law, Civil Aviation – Pilot, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, Mass Communication, Merchant Navy, Defense Forces, Psychology, Civil Services etc. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field.
