Hi Pihu,
Many airlines won't accept applicants who have noticeable blemishes on their arms, Emirates do a full body check for scarring and tattoos. Small scarring can be acceptable.
However with changing times the airlines are rephrasing their hiring guidelines, where they have more focus on the attitude.
