No, Math's is not such compulsory subject that one has to have in 10+2 level of study. The Bachelor of Management Studies [BMS] is offered by various Institutions. Syllabus of BBA and BMS overlaps and is similar. There is only nomenclature difference between both the course. In some universities, there may be few electives difference between BBA and BMS. BAF is a specialist management degree created to have expertise in Finance and Accounting management function only. Whereas BBA/ BMS exposes student on all. Management functions such as Marketing, HR, Finance and Accounting, Operations, etc. You may choose any of the degree based on college reputation and your interests.

That totally depends on you, if you are someone who enjoys learning about business and management and also have leadership qualities, then BMS can be very easy for you but if you have problem and struggle with subjects like finance, marketing, and accounting, then it will be tough for you.
