Its depend on which position you working currently in that company and what are promotion scope in that company and in last 9 year of service in that company how many promotion you have in your career?
Its tough to be at CEO position in top most company like TATA Reliance etc
CEO there are relatives or close person of that companies Director also in other case you need to have hard work look at what are the promotion Criteria in that company and work accordingly to achieve it CEO is the position mostly given to Key person of that Company who is responsible for overall operations of company in all Departments
Check the scope and promotion Criteria and work accordingly do hard work you will have it

Dinesh, nothing is bad for a designer since he lets his work speak. So people on look at your work quality not gaps. But do select your institute carefully since you do not want to waste time going to a place you did not select on merit but because it was convenient. Like most of the people, I could tell you that XYZ is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best gaming faculty' or 'best gaming institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself.
