You have plenty of options to choose.
As rightly pointed you can look for M.Com
I will advice you to keep open the option pertaining to MBA.
MBA is a versatile option which will easily give you vast opportunities in your career.
So its advisable that you pursue your MBA in either Finance /IT.Marketing.Seeing the current marketing siuation and scenario its highly paying and provides good job satisfaction.
Since you meet full requirement required to get into post graduation degree you can appear in MBA entrance exams like CAT , MAT,SNAP,NMAT,XAT etc.
The admission will based on the entrance exam result.

Hi Radhika, surely you can pursue a career in Product/ Industrial Design. This field is booming with the advent of 3D Printing. You need to just demonstrate good life drawing skills as well as idea presentation to get into a good college. start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them.
