A firms strategy, decision-making, and ensuring that all operations adhere to legal, moral, and regulatory criteria are all directly managed by the company secretary. You can choose from a number of reputable central universities, like Delhi University, where admission is based on your credentials and prior experience. For certificates, 30% of the grade is given, while 70% of the grade is based on the trail. After that, a final list is created, and you are assigned a college based on your ranking.

An MBA, in my opinion, is more about dialogues on the job, contacts with academics, and peer learning. A significant portion of your personality development occurs when you study on a campus with 400 different students, from diverse backgrounds and with varied experiences and perspectives. While classroom learning plays a good role in giving you technical/theoretical knowledge. In an MBA, experience is more important than education.
