Yes! You can opt MBA/PGDM after completion of your graduation. There are some eligibility criteria which you have to follow I. e. Minimum : 55% marks
You must have been appeared in CAT/MAT/XAT or any other required entrance exam for the admission with scored 60 percentile and above. Prepare for GG/PI
The mentioned criteria are standard. However, there will be some relaxation which depends upon college to college so you may either contact to respective college or refer their website.

As per your interest, Make the IIT Mumbai or IIT Delhi as the target and start your preparation accordingly. The 75% of marks in 12th with PCM are mandatory requirements. The admissions in IITs are based on the ranks obtained in JEE Advanced exam conducted among the JEE Main qualifiers. So First you have to complete the 12th but JEE Main preparation can be starts right now.
