You must get above 95% for any IIM and for the Kolkata try getting at least 98-99. Scholarship gives leverage in fees only not the eligibility criteria.

Hello Vinesh,
Of course the CAT score is given the most preference in the admission process. The percentage of it considered in the total process, however differs from college to college. Some universities have the break-up like this: 60% CAT score and 40% GD/PI.
This distribution differs, but always the CAT score will have the highest percentage.
The 'graduation score' is given the lowest preference in almost all the universities or sometimes it isn't even considered, because nowadays GD/PI have become more important in the admission process.
All the best.

CAT score is too low. Try with CMAT 87 Percentile is adequate enough along with good performance in GD/PI to get admission there.

Yes, you can apply through CAT also, apart from CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, etc. All these are accepted by Praxis Business School.

Refer to the CAT preparation books available like Arihant and Pearson Publications (for all the sections). Keep revising the important concepts and logics you come across. At this time taking test series is important, more you get the practice of CAT like exam more helpful it will be.

Yes, you are eligible. You have to go through admission process. There are GD and PI in the admission process. You have to perform well in this rounds so that it will overcome your 2 years lost.
All the best.
