You should aim for a minimum of 60% in B.Com and 95+ percentile in CAT for a good college. Less than this percentile, you cannot get a good college.

CAT, MAT and GMAT does not have predefined syllabus. CAT tests candidates general aptitude including verbal ability (English), quantitative ability (mathematics), logical reasoning and data interpretation skills. MAT has five sections such as English language comprehension, mathematical skills, data analysis and sufficiency, intelligence and critical reasoning and Indian and global environment. The GMAT exam consists of four separately timed sections such as analytical writing assessment essay, integrated reasoning section, quantitative section and verbal section

It will be very difficult to get a good college at your CAT score. I would suggest you to prepare well for the other management exams like MAT, ATMA and CMAT.

You have got a good score so, you can try for MDI-Gurgaon, IIT-Bombay, NITIE and SP Jain-Mumbai. You may also get calls from new IIMs. Moreover, you can try for XIMB, IMT-Ghaziabad and IMI-Delhi.
