Every College has different entrance exam accepted, So A Consolidated cutoff shall not be available.

It would not be possible to get a call at this percentile if you belong to the general category.
The cutoff for admission to MBA programme 2016 is composite score of 59.430 for general category candidates. The Composite Score has been computed by giving weightage of 40%, 30%, and 30% to the scores of VRC, DI/LR, and QA Sections respectively as provided by the CAT Centre for the CAT 2015 Examination for candidates who registered with FMS. For example: Composite Score = ?(Score in Section * Weightage)/Max Marks for the Section

They won't matter as FMS doesn't give weightage to your past academic scores. The admissions are offered purely on the basis of your CAT score and your score in PI round.

Yes you can apply. However, you will have to appear in Ganpat University's entrance test (GNUMAT) for MBA programs.
