First of all choose wisely your area of interest and sit for exams of GRE and TOEFL. Many universities give admission on the basis of the marks of these exams . Then you should have an excellent academic record. There are some other important things too . Look preparing for any management entrance exam is more or less the same. only the difference is CAT requires more perfection and speed compared to other exams, the basics remain the same for every exam. Be focused and practice as much as you can.

PI is all about once strength.the more knowledge you have of the field and if you can communicate it at the right time this will allow you to have a advantage during PI.Work Experience always has an advantage but if you are a fresher and you are confident you do not need to worry.

Yes , You can apply for MBA but in Sathyabama the CAT score is not be considered. Here only a management seats for PG courses are there.

It depends on your goals entirely, if you are looking for high salary placements, you must get admission to one of the IIMS, XLRI, IBS or FM'S and for that CAT high percentile is important. If you can manage well join some job and study hard for CAT as well. This will add up to your work experience. You may also apply abroad if its feasible.
