Dude 69 is too less to expect a call from any reputable college. My advice is to sit again next year with good preparation

According to me you will not get a call from welingkar as your percentile is low. 80 percentile is needed in CAT

As per your scores, you can apply for colleges like Jaipuria, JIMS, LBS, MDI and Asia pacific.
These colleges are offering good placement after your two year programs with reasonable fee structure.

CAT MAT exams are the basic criteria for taking admission in good management colleges but in case you haven't appeared for these entrance exams you can take admission but you need to have a good academic records in your +2( 12 th) and graduation. You can go for Bimtech, Amity, ITM, Balaji and Asia Pacific.

IMI and FORE are good then there is BIMTECH. You've also got UBS, Punjab University in Chandigarh which are other god options, colleges of DU, Delhi School of Economics, K J Somaiya, NITIE, TISS, etc.
