Last year Cat cut off was 90%ile so it shall be around or above the same this year as well.

Cut off for CAT 2015 was 80 for general candidates. The final selection of the candidates depends mainly on the GD/PI process. Therefore we suggest and encourage students to apply and perform well in GD/PI process. As you hve done B.Tech and your percentile is above 80, you can definitely apply for the course. The placements of 2015 batch went well with average package being 9.75 lpa.

minimum cat cutoff score is 50%tile,
not only through cat you can join our college through other national level management exams like cmat,atma & mat

Yes, there is a good chance that you will get a call for GD/ PI with either of your scores.
Keep a track of the college website after the XAT and CMAT exams results and apply for the process.

For general category cut off is 70 percentile and please do not consider MNNIT as your list for MBA college.

That's fine if you don't have work exp. You can get selected based on your GD,PI and write up performance and your MAT score is also good. Yes, you have the prob. of getting selected because admission result will be based on your performance here at BIMTECH, your graduation marks, co-curriculum activities, achievements.
So, go ahead and appear for this.
