The fee structure would be 3.5 lakhs for the entire course (inclusive of hostel fee) for GBO.
The difficulty level of the entrance exam varies, however, if you are well prepared for CAT, you should face no difficulties.

Roshan you can go Sales & Marketing. As it is the most sought out profile which will be in demand till corporate world is alive. As your academics are good you can also go for HR, but is just your pure choice. You should know that a company pick 1 HR and 10 marketing guys when they come for recruitment . If you know how to sell jobs are waiting for you that to the salary of your choice. Hope i have answer your query.

Sagar,
I wouldn't recommend you to do MBA without any entrance exam. Top colleges take admission only with entrance exams like:
1. CAT.
2. MAT.
3. SNAP, etc.
But, if you want to do MBA without entrance exam in Mumbai then you can refer to:
1. AEFT Dadar college of Management - Mumbai.
2. Mumbai School of Business - Mumbai.

With your CAT percentile, you will not be able to get any college.
With SNAP you can try for:
Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT), Hinjewadi, Pune.
GRV Business Management Academy, Ganga Nagar, Bangalore.
Aureole Institute of Business Management, Cavthan, Pune.

Aman, you will not be able to get good colleges with your CAT percentile. With MAT percentile you can apply in:
Amrita School of Business - Department of Management Studies
Acharya Bangalore B-School (ABBS)
Indus Business Academy (IBA Bangalore),
Institute of International Trade

Alliance School of Business, Bangalore
UPES Dehradun
Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow
VIT Business School, Vellore
ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai
Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management,
All of these are pretty good with good faculty, facilities and curriculum but among these UPES Dehradun is my personal recommendation. It has shown pretty good track record in last few years.
