Prasun,
My suggestion to you is to take CAT exam again and try and give other exams too like:
1. MAT.
2. SNAP.
3. XAT, etc.
But work hard this time. If you can't waste your one more year then you can refer these colleges:
1. Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies – Pune.
2. Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership (IFEEL).
3. Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM Madurai).
4. Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
5. JK Business School (JKBS).

With 7 years of work experience I don't think you need a 2 years full time MBA. You already got enough industrial exposure and practice. So, a 1 year MBA is more than enough for you. Even the current industry requires that much only. So, I think ISB is going to be a good choice in your case. Also consider global colleges like Insead, NUS, etc. with your GMAT score.
All the best.
