Well, if you are positively confident that you can clear the CAT next year, then you need to prepare for that. Otherwise, go for IP University, which is also a good placement-providing university. If you are unsuccessful in CAT the next year, then it will be a wastage of one year and money.
So, do confirm how you are confident of clearing CAT next year.
All the best!

Hi,
You can fill the application form for CAT exam once it is open. Registration generally starts in the month of August and goes on for almost for a month. You can just Google it and get it filled online once the form is released.
Hope it helps.

With such a percentile, you can look for Balaji Institute Of Modern Management, as it's ROI and placements are quite decent. It cost you around INR 8,00,000 and average package is INR 6.5 lacs, which is good as per standards.

Dear, I think it is very difficult to tell, whether you will get call or not, as the standards are getting higher every year. Also, with the score you have till now is very good, and this shows you are good at studies, so why are asking for minimum, you should try to bring the maximum.

There is no maximum eligibility criteria for CAT. The least you need is Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate marks.
