Hello Jagpreet,
Though the marks obtained are good but no one can ensure you to get in this college or any other, because this is the very first criteria to select the students. After this one has to undergo through written test,GD, PI or whatever is required for selection. So scoring good in competitive exam is just not enough. So for now you can apply to this college and based on your marks and performance at PI you may get shortlisted.
Good luck!

With 43 percentile in CAT, you will not get any good college. But, you can always go for other exams and score more to get good college.

You can apply to IIT (ISM), Dhanbad for MBA. Also, there are many other colleges like IFIM B-school, Bangalore, etc. which accepts CAT score and based on your performance in group discussion and PI, you may be shortlisted.

Every year there is different cut-off. Since, your is an OBC category, you can apply. Last year, they have accepted such score.

Various colleges have various cutoffs, an average, unorthodox institute can keep them to 50 while all other major institutions will look for above 80.

Yes, you have got a very good percentile in CAT and also you have good grades in your 10th and 12th. So you will definitely get calls from good B-schools. You can also refer to below link to calculate if you can get a call from IIMs.
