Hi,
Most of teachers, experts and schools recommend 'Science textbook by Lakhmir Singh and Manjit Kaur' as best reference books for CBSE class 10 Science. It is advised to read the ICSE Class 10 Biology textbook regularly and also cover as many sample papers as possible, which will introduce you to a variety of questions. Prepare the projects and activities along with the practical work as quickly as possible to concentrate on the theory and complete the entire syllabus.

Your 10th, 12th and UG marks will have nothing to do with your MBA admission. Of course, they expect a minimum of 60% in your UG. Still, it has not much impact on your admission here and for MBA admission they expect of about 70 percentile and above. Still, you can apply and if you perform well in the Written Ability Test and the Personal Interview, then they may consider you.

Actually, after 10th it's the best time to start your IIT preparation. After 10th, all coaching institutions offer foundation courses you can go through it and now a days you can easily prepare from YouTube or simply from NCERTs and their application. It's all up to you what you trust self-study or taking a coaching. Provide great learning materials to learn. And at the end, for practice you can join coaching for mock tests to check your preparation.
