I apologize for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, I am unable to give the precise last rank for an OC (Open Category) candidate under the management quota at Veterinary College, Bangalore for 2023.Yet, the overall closing rank for the Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) and Animal Husbandry (AH) course was approximately 398 for the General-All India category in 2023. For more accurate figures, it is better to call up the admission office of the college or visit their official website to learn about management quota admissions.
