Chances are very slim, almost negligible.
With these marks and considering your board to be CBSE, you may get a rank within 60000-80000 AIR. The maximum you can expect is Civil Engineering from NIT Mizoram or NIT Meghalaya. I suggest you drop a year and study hard to secure better marks and get a better college. Your JEE Main score is poor and can't get you anything good.

10 +2 or equivalent examination in any discipline having 55% marks in aggregate.

Admission will be based on the CUCET (Central University Common Entrance Test)

Firstly you need to apply for BIMM by filling application form. Then afterwards you need to appear for GD and PI process. Just do well in GD and PI, if performed well you can get admission in BIMM.

You have a stark clarity in what you want and I'd like to congratulate you for that. However, to attain such ambitious goals, you need to work really hard. I'd suggest you to rather keep yourself open to more programmes. Design education is flourishing in India and is no longer restricted to certain disciplines.
I would especially recommend the B.Des programme in interdisciplinary design since it provides you with a holistic flavour of design as a concept, rather than just concentrating in one aspect of it. The percentage is calculated for the top 5 subjects. If physical education is your main subject, then you can add its marks as well.
