You can pursue B.Com after class 12th. Many colleges offer admission to the course on the basis of marks obtained by students in class 12th. Colleges in University of Delhi offer admission based on the cut off released by the colleges.

For applying you don't need it. After your exam when your results are out, and you go for verification, that time you need your mark sheet.

I would say good institutes /Universities do not give admissions without qualifying test. What you can do is call them immediately and ask for the details. As you can get the admission and take the test in few days later as per the dates mentioned by them. You can reach out to Lovely professional University, Jalandhar, Chandigarh University, Thapar University.

If you really want a good college, then taking break before college won't be considered as disadvantage. But, it's been like that if you complete your Bachelor's degree, as soon as possible. Then, you will have much time to get indulge in some other master degrees.
