Listed below are the minimum criteria which candidates interested in pursuing the course are required to fulfil, in order to be eligible to apply for the course-
Successful completion of the 10+2 level of education in the Science stream, completed from a recognized board/university.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) at the 10+2 level.

A candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/Intermediate) examination with Mathematics as one of the passed subjects from CBSE or any other Board recognised by Jamia Hamdard as equivalent thereto, securing at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate (or)
passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/Intermediate) examination with Commerce background having one paper Accountancy or Business Mathematics, securing at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate (or) passed Senior Secondary (12th standard/intermediate) examination having one theory paper Computer Science/ Multimedia and Web Technology/ Info

Yes, definitely, almost each and every company takes in only those students who had minimum 55%marks in 12th and 10th both. Some of big MNCs ask for the 60 or 70% marks in both these classes. So obviously, the score matters for the placements. Thanks.

I can understand your situation and angst. I feel the only choice for you now is to see admission under management quota. For this, you need to contact the institute directly. They have an NRI quota also. I would advise you to ask someone to visit college personally and speak to the principal.

Yes, there are chances of getting a seat in Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture for B.Arch as per your NATA score. But the college also considers 10+2 percentage as well. Let's hope for the best.
