Your marks are very less.
From these marks, you can't get any IIT or NIT.

You and me, both know that 46% are very less marks. If you want job, then go through general competitions and if you want to study further, you can do some foreign language course available in different colleges and universities.

Hi Shruti, you need to apply and appear for specific entrance test followed by counselling. In case the date is over then try for admission in LPU, Manipal, PGI, etc. Admissions are on in these days. Check whether you fulfill the eligibility criteria and apply. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Some even offer good scholarships. Good luck.

Yes, it is beneficial if you get a medical college or AIIMS as when you get into the best college, you get out as a cream student. Just as when you are given healthy nutrition, you develop well but if you go into private colleges which has too much of fees but no facilities (college in Pune and Delhi) which demand for 25 to 75 Lacs of rupees for a single seat in a private medical college, it becomes a wastage of money. So, get through the exam as you take a drop.

I think so, if you want to devote one more year for JEE, then only. If you have a strong will power, then only try for it. Otherwise, it will waste your prestigious 2 years and you will have a regret of lifetime. Please let me know how are your studies going on? Are you not able to study well or unable to concentrate? Have you registered for any coaching institute droppers batch. Then, I may help you in letting know of how to get you through the exams and out of wits.
