Yes, you can get admission. Candidate must have passed 10+2 in commerce from a recognized board. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.

First of all, IIM doesn't provide purely Bachelor's programme. But, IIM-Indore provides an integrated programme of 5 years which is BBA+MBA. You can get into IIM-Indore after completing your class 12th by giving it's entrance exam, which is IPMAT. The cut off is more than 60% in the aggregate of the subjects. So, you can complete your BBA+MBA in IIM-Indore which is again a Prestigious College in India. Thank you. If you have further doubts on IIM Indore entrance exam, then you can directly ask me.

As your son has studied banking, it only makes sense to enhance the knowledge gained till date. Also, a B.Com is a must, as it will give a base of accounting. You might want to try B.Com + Banking course offered by TKWsIBF.
