WBJEE has a tuition fee waiver scheme where candidates with very low family income can get a seat in eligible colleges as per their TFW rank, receiving a waiver in college fees only. TFW:-Tuition Fee Waiver, Means if you get a seat with TFW, then you don't have to pay tuition fee for your respective branch of your respective institute. It can save upto 3.5 Lacs of your dad's hard earn money in total four year. So, it is a good chance. Just grab it. The selection of the TFW seat is like that. First of all, you will be selected by your GMR. Then, they will look for the first three candidates from the respective branch of the respective institutes who have chosen TFW seat and the first three with the higher TFW rank will get the seat.
