WBJEE has a tuition fee waiver scheme where candidates with very low family income can get a seat in eligible colleges as per their TFW rank, receiving a waiver in college fees only. TFW:-Tuition Fee Waiver, Means if you get a seat with TFW, then you don't have to pay tuition fee for your respective branch of your respective institute. It differs from college to college and rush for admission. Basically minimum eligibility is 45% to 60% but this is just the minimum eligibilty for applying in the college but you must score better if you want admission in any good college. All the best.
