Only if you get a very good SAT score will you be able to get a good college. Plus, you must have excellent extracurricular activities, outstanding essays and recommendation letters. No doubt your TOEFL scores must also be impressive.

You may get a scholarship. It's up to the university and your overall application package. You should also apply early, as soon as the universities announce the admission rounds, you should apply and not wait till the deadline.

Not so sure with your percentage. But surely apply for the vacant seats after all the cut-offs are out. Sometimes, luck helps you out.
Good luck.

Hi,
You can still go ahead to pursue Tourism Studies, which is a growing sector in the recent decades and will have a greater future for you ahead.
BHM is a professional course for Hotel Management graduates in which you study about various departments of the hotels and its operations. It's also one interesting trade and has a bright future.
B.A. course.
You can do BBA also, which does not have too much of accountancy as compared to B.Com.
Options are available, just decide in which field you would want to develop your career.
All the very best.

Please don't be in an impression that anything below 220 are good marks.
The majority of the population score between 180-220 without even studying.
The people who answer such questions mistake your marks with JEE Paper 1 marks and say that this is a good score.
Last year, I scored 218 and didn't even get a government institution in architecture.
