Try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech CSE. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12 marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12 or JEE or their own test. No, for AAT exam, you need to clear JEE Mains, first then advance and if you got selected in advance then you have to give AAT for which you also require above 75% in class 12th.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. The JEE main paper 2 marks are valid for NITs and IITS to getting admissions but most of the government and private college do not consider JEE main paper 2 rather the consider NATA score. If you had given NATA then you will be able to get NIRMA University, MS University, CEPT University, etc. They are the top universities for B.Arch.
