If you are interested in admission in bachelor courses, you have to complete higher secondary examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology. The duration of this course is three years. Some colleges also conduct an aptitude test for admission in B.Sc Genetics degree course.
To get admissions in master courses, you must have done a bachelors degree in the relevant field from any recognized college or university. Some institutions also give admission in genetic courses on the basis of the merit list of the qualifying examination.

That totally depends on you because if you choose biology, you may become a doctor/nurse and if you choose fashion designing, then you become a fashion designer.
In my opinion, you should opt biology because fashion stream is not reliable. Very few people can make their career in this field and also, fashion changes so rapidly that not everyone can manage it. But if you opt for biology and become a doctor and for once, let's assume you can't get a job, you can still open your clinic.
So, that is a much satisfactory course than fashion designing.
Hope this helps.

It is your personal choice but before you apply for the visa, you will require the admission offer letter from a foreign college. You have to know the eligibility criteria and apply before the deadlines. Once you have the offer letter, you can apply for the visa. You must also show sufficient funds to bear the tuition fee and living expenses.

I think with this percentage, you can't get Bachelor's degree, but you can do vocational course for this from any private institute. As in MAAC, which is famous for VFX and game animation developer.

You have not mentioned in your question that where exactly you wants the admission i.e in Himachal or in other states. However, you can get admission in most of the Indian universities, but subjected to your percentage should meet the required cut offs, and you should have legit migration documents.
