It's good that you want to go to NDA. In my opinion, please don't drop and continue your UG course and with that you should prepare for NDA also and if you clear the written exam, then you should go for coaching of SSB at Col. Dagar Academy, Gurgaon as this is the top coaching institute for SSB in India. The duration of coaching will be only 15 days and it will not affect your UG studies also. And you should apply for Technical Entry Scheme (TES) whose form is available on:
joinindianarmy.nic.in
If you got selected, then there will be direct SSB for you and no written exam is needed for this.

Dear,
You are to score 75% or more in average or you are to be within top 20 percentile (5% relaxation for SC/ST) in +2 Board Examination. Then with the merit list of JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced, you may be shortlisted and asked for counselling in IITs.

Can you please repeat your question?
It is totally dependent on your stream in class 12th. If you have science stream then you should go for B.Sc or BCA and if you are from commerce stream then you should go for BA, BBA, etc. and if you are from arts stream then you should go for LLB, LLB+BA, etc.

North campus colleges generally have a greater percentage cutoff and that also depends on the course which you want to take admission in. You can try for south campus colleges. They are also pretty good. Otherwise, you can keep a check on merit list as colleges release a number of lists and each list has a lower percentage than the previous one.
