I think you can't pursue Computer Science because it is a Science stream course. You can go for CA if you are interested in accounting ormay go for IIM if you are interested in management or business studies.
On the other hand, IAS is most difficult but if you are interested in extensive study and are a seeker of knowledge, you may go for this.
So all of the courses totally depend on your field of interest.
Your percentage is good, so you can be admitted in a reliable course which you want to do.
However, universities have some other criteria, so it varies. All the best.

Your marks are very low most of the time the admission for general category closed above 90 and your marks are deducted when the percentage calculated against the cut off released by DU because you are fro. Science background and didn't studied any subject of B.Com. If you belong to general category your chances are very low to get admit in this course. If you belong to ST category maybe you get admission. But don't lose hope; wait till the last cutoff comes. You can check out last year cut off released by DU on their website.

Do B.Tech beacause you won't get the best campus in DU. Consider taking decent government or private colleges through your UPSEE rank.

You need to have above 80/85% in your 12th grade to appear in the first list and if there is any reservation, then above 60%. But people with 70s do try and by luck are appeared in the last list. but still, you can ask their officials for last year's cut off, & add +3% because the cut off never decreases.
Hope this helps.

You can get the information from above link. But I think you can't pursue ICWA because it had accounting terms which you are not familiar to as you are an arts student. So please check out the link for the reliable information for the same. Hope this helps.
